We love and respect the vulnerable people and care workers in our communities. We continue to take the following steps out of solidarity.
Appropriate face-coverings: While we no longer require masks to be worn in our showroom, our staff are happy to don them at your request. We also provide complimentary masks if needed.
Limited in-person appointments: In-person consultations are limited to an hour (pre-pandemic these appointments often lasted two hours). Follow up virtual appointments can be held to finish details and/or finalize orders if needed.
Virtual fittings: Depending on your needs, we are offering in-person or virtual fittings to assess the fit of your custom garments and begin alterations.
Sanitary practices: Buffer time is built into our online booking platform to allow proper time to sanitize and disinfect the space between appointments.
Air purification: Our Showroom is equipped with a Levoit HEPA Air Purifier capable of filtering particles 0.1 microns in size, making it effective against airborne viruses and bacteria.
Contact-free payment: Contactless payment is available. All clients will be invoiced for their orders allowing them to pay securely online or over the phone if desired.
Contact-free pick-up or shipping: We are offering contact-free Showroom pick-up or complimentary shipping for completed garments.
Support: Our team is available by phone or email Tuesday-Saturday 11 am-5 pm to answer any questions or concerns you may have - we are here to help make this process as smooth as possible!
