How To Order Accessories

Read our terms & book an appointment.

After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a welcome email! This includes details about our custom process and a link to our online scheduling calendar, which you can also access here:

Our Accessories Timeline:

The time from consultation to pick-up typically takes 6-8 weeks

If your project is time-sensitive, please inquire for more information about the specific project you have in mind. Under special circumstances we can accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. 

Construction

Once the details of your project are finalized and you have provided us with your desired fabric, our team will begin production on your order. We ask clients to allow 3-4 weeks for construction, especially during wedding season when our workload is highest. Projects which require individualized pattern development or that involve multiple accessories may take longer; your consultant can confirm the timeline once all details have been decided.

Leather accessories are made by our overseas shoemaker and may require up to 4-6 weeks before they are ready for pick up.

Fitting/Pick up

Next, we will notify you that your accessory is ready for pick up in our Portland Showroom. We encourage you to try on neckties and bowties to ensure that they fit to your satisfaction. We will be with you every step of the way until you are completely satisfied with your custom accessory. If any re-crafting is necessary, it could add another 3 weeks to the total timeline. Please know that the more expediently you are able to schedule your fitting, the faster the process will be!

Payment & Pick-Up

When your accessories are complete, we request that you pay any remaining balance and pick up or coordinate shipping within 30 days. We are unable to hold/store custom accessories for more than 60 days post-completion.
