We are available in Portland for consultations Wednesday - Saturday, and on monthly long weekends in San Francisco. We often book up several weeks in advance, and we need a good 12 weeks lead time before an event to make your garments in time. If you would like to schedule an appointment, you can book one with the links below, and fill out our inquiry form!
During a consultation appointment, we will show you a multitude of styles and fabrics that will be appropriate and appealing to you, as well as take all your measurements. It is a lot of fun, actually! In-person meetings include the original consultation and measuring, then a detailed fitting for fine tuning the fit when your garments are complete. Cancellation Policy for new garment appointments: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $100 consultation fee upon rebooking, to hold your new appointment time. This fee will be put towards your order when it is placed. Cancellations within 24 hours that have paid the $100 consultation fee will forfeit the fee, and a second consultation fee will be required for rebooking.
Not in the aforementioned locations but want to go custom with Duchess?
For the time being and possibly indefinitely, Duchess will not be doing online or long distance custom orders. We have been working with our customers to figure out the best ways to achieve perfect fit at a distance, and we are not satisfied with the level of service we can give our beloved customers without doing your measuring and fittings in person, despite the avenues we have tried. While we want to be able to reach as wide an audience as possible with our affordable custom suits, shirts, and separates, we pride ourselves in excellent, personalized service and have come to the realization that our high standards are just not possible to fully meet via email and online ordering.
For clients who have ordered from us in the past, and for whom we have measurements on file, hope is not lost! Please e-mail or call us with what you are interested in, and we will be happy to use your measurements on file for future orders.

We offer a seasonally rotating selection of the finest instant gratification Duchess clothing in our Portland Showroom for your purchasing enjoyment. Every season, we produce a small line of sized garments that reflect our most popular and versatile staples in a careful fit profile that is flattering on many body types. Additionally, we create ties and pocket squares, offer engravable gifts, and personally select lovely vintage cufflinks and jewelry for sale.
